Students attend Hair & Make-up Demo

Students from The Academy Hair & Beauty Training School attended an amazing Hair and Make-up demonstration in the Cathy Short Theatre on Thursday 24th May. Led by Michael Quinn and Paddy McGurgan the course included preparing models for a professional photoshoot. Michael Quinn showed off his skills on stage, teaching the students how to prepare hair for photoshoot work, while Paddy McGurgan amazed all attendees with his techniques for applying make-up for the camera. The day culminated with a professional photoshoot in the venue's photographic suite and students were able to see the finished product on camera.
This was a fantastic event and showed students the endless possibilities that come from training in the hairdressing and beauty industry.
